A guide to the best restaurants in Lakeview. This Chicago neighborhood has a bit of a slit personality. It's family friendly, but the neighborhood also contains Wrigleyville and Boystown, two areas known for their bar scene.

Lakeview is one of the largest Chicago neighborhoods in terms of size and occupies a space beside Lake Michigan and above of Lincoln Park. Lakeview contains a few smaller neighborhoods. For convenience, we have given Boystown/Northalsted, Wrigleyville, and Southport Corridor their own sections in this guide.

Several of the restaurants on this list are owned by 4 Star, a locally owned restaurant group that runs some of the city’s best kid-friendly restaurants. 4 Star owns Ella Elli, Frasca, Smoke Daddy, Crosby’s Kitchen, and Tuco and Blondie. Ella Elli is a bit more formal but each of the other restaurants offer kid’s menus that are free during specific times!
